The Surveyor of the insurance company works under the Manager of the Branch, so immediately approach the Branch Manager with a written complaint against your grivances against the Surveyor if it is not heard then to the Manager (Administration) of the Regional Office, and if then also the surveyor does not make survey of the real damage, file a complaint before the Secretary of the Insurance ombudsman of your State. Kindly note that you need not have to go personally to the Insurance Ombudsman of your State personally, if you are living outside your state capital get the address of the Ombudsman and sent it by registered post.
