Cancelling marriage registration?

Dear experts, 130 days back I won my divorce case, nd going to marry soon, I have registered my 1st marriage in registration office, I want to cancel my registration so tht I can register new marriage. Please guide me how to proceed with this. Is there any waiting period to do this? Till today I have not received any summons from HC on any appeal. Regards Srini
