Cancellation of registered bakshish nama (gift deed)

Dear Experts,
Greetings.
Case is as below: (Case Law/ SC Rulling is required in support of said question)

Can Registered Bakshish Nama (Registered Gift Deed) can cancelled on the basis of a Regsistered Mansukh Nama,  whereas the Registered Gift Deed was in force for 25 years (from 1958 to 1985) and the same was cancelled on the basis of a Registered Mansukh Nama which was executed immediately 25 days after the execution of the said Registered Bakshish Nama, but was kept hidden and not in force until 1985 and was revealed only in 1985 stating the same was executed to cancel the registered gift deed way back in 1958.

Now the question is, can a Registered Bakshish Nama (Registered Gift Deed) be cancelled merely on the basis of a Registered Mansukh Nama, whereas for cancellation of a registered deed, civil suit is required at the competent court of law.

Please enlighten with your thoughts and need the case laws on the same.
Regards:
Punit Gupta
