I filed a suit for cancellation of a gift deed to a Trust for not performing the condition laid down in the Deed. The Hpn'ble Court return the file saying that the Plaintiff is the Donor, he can cancell the Deed'. What reply shall I submit to the Court, Whether can I unilaterally cancell the Gift Deed?. The Gift was made inn 1993, what about the limitation for cancellation. Pl provide me case law of SC OR HC Thank you .. sadhu gopal
