Cancellation of GPA registration buy first owned person

Wat happens if gpa registration from first owned person. He has sold the land to another person. And that person had sold the property in the form of sites. Now the first owner had filed a case and issued notice to people who are residing there. What will happen to the case?

GPA doesn't transfer title as has been clearly held by SC.

It will depend upon the GPA .If the second person had a properly registered GPA allowing him to sell land to others after cutting it into different " sites " and the land use / registrar permitted the same, the transactions could still be valid provided they were done before the GPA was cancelled.

Although I doubt if the GPA would normally allow such cutting.

proper advise from local lawyer should be taken.
