Can wife( divorce petition pending with court) may ask for ltc, hotel bills of a government servant for the period before marriage under rti provisions ??

I am working as Officer in Central Government Deptt( Autonomous body under Ministry) have Filed Divorce petition on cruelty grounds and as a counter blast wife has gone for 498, DV etc , which are pending In court. Wife has asked LTC , HOTEL bills for official Journey , salary details etc for the period post marriage. Our CPIO has supplied the same under RTI provisions. Now she is asking for LTC, Hotel Bills prior to marriage, can CPIO refuse for the same as for that time period husband wife relationship was not existed (prior to marriage) and i was third party for that period. Can this plea will work as she just want to humiliate me through calling such information and want to create hassles in my Job, promotion .
