Can we file case against management if i have signed the non judicial agreement

Dear Team, I have signed time share exchange holiday agreement with one of reputed resorts. But after reading many reviews it came to know that they are cheating the people and quality of resorts is not good at all. I have seen pics too and I am not satisfied. I have signed agreement with them that money cannot be refund. But I have not used any single holiday from them and not they are not ready to refund my money. Still can go to consumer court to get my money? What is exact purpose of non judicial agreement and can that be break?
