in my society i am having godown at plot 11 12 and opposing our plot there is common plot.
the society organiser has sold every square inch of his land which was n.a by registered sale deed to 32 plot holders.
but still after some years, he sold the common plot facing us in 2006. the plot is immediately facing our plot so it is problem some if the sale deed is not cancelled in court.
the case against this illegal sale deed was done by us many times since 2006 in gram panchayat, taluka panchayat, jilla panchayat, collector office and various other places.
every result has come in our favour, but still the illegal land owner is nuisance to us.
the illegal common plot land is also not having 7/12 nakal and is even not on books of gram panchayat.
the illegal land owner is notorious person of area and uptil he is holding that dastavej (land sale deed ) in his hand . he is doing application in various government offices against us.
can we place a civil suit for cancellation of the land sale deed in civil court after 11 years.
please suggest .
