Can the deposition typed into chief evidence affadavit

Respected Gurus,

I have a doubt , lets say advocate filed chief evidence affavadit today  for PW1 i.e on 29-01-2018 ,RW1 already exparty .Now the matter posted after 5 days let us assume on 4th Feb 2018 .

on 4th Feb 2018 the court should take the oath and mark the documents .

My doubt is : can the marking of documents typed in the chief evidence affadavit or in a separate sheet .

please clarify , deposition/marking of document is separate sheet and chief evidence affadavit is a separate sheet ,

please clarify me .

Regards,

VK .

Normally the practice is filing deposition using exhibits with date and details to support their stand and then enclosing those affidavits with deposition with copy of exhibits as Annexure.

In absence of a counter, after considering the validity, the documents are marked separately, and if there are no objections the enclosures continue the same number.

The affidavit which has been typed as "EVIDENCE" shall be the Chief-examination of the witness and same shall be exhibited along with documents filed to prove your case.
