Friends,
I am fighting a false DV case filed by my wife against me.
She made one set of allegations against me in the original plaint.
Later she made another fresh set of allegations (Orally) in front of the Judge.
Evidence is yet to start and I am due to file my WS.
Can she change the original plaint after I file my WS or to include the second (oral) set of fresh allegations?
