Can second wife get interim relief for pension in succession certificate?

after first 'b' wife death 'a' marry 'c'. now 'a' is dead and now both wife having one girl and one boy above 18+. after 'a' dead 'c' need to submit succession, first wife's children objection for succession certificate coz 'c' is submitted 'a' will but in succession certificate she is not getting interim pension relief need citation for this situation.
