Can revocation of gift settlement be withdrawn

In 2004 my brother gave house thru gift settlement deed. this house was already in my posession from last several years. immediately i constructed first floor on the above building on my name itself. after 7 months he revoked gift settlement without my presence. Recently i found in EC that it was revoked.

After discussions, now he was ready to withdraw revocation, is it possible to withdraw revocation now.

if not what we have to do now to clear the revocation

Sir,

Gift deed once registered cannot be revoked, but can cancel the same.

Once gift is accepted by donee, gift is complete.

The valid gift deed confers ownership/title on donee with immediate effect.

The gift should not get cancelled without consent of donee.

For revocation of gift deed the donor shall have to move the court.

For revocation the deed has to be valid and effective.

You may show all dcos on record and inputs to  a very able counsel for a cosidered opinion.

Try to get a solution that does not involve such unneccessary headaches and distractions.
