Can rcr case file to district judge fast track court

My lawyer filed RCR case(section 9) to District Judge fast track court . Is it ok ?

Is there anything wrong ?

Nthn wrong its a chillax case.... Wait n watch for opp party's move... Like a chess game. So be patient. Harmless yet a useful one to some extent......mark it some.

RCR has to be filed @ family court / CJSD court.

District court would be first appellate court


besides that, RCR is a futile remedy
