Can p.s. statement of wife willl consider for seperation?

Dear Sir/Madam,

If wife is given written statement for unwilling to  join with husband from "x" date in Police Station.

Will Honarable Court considered that " X" date for legal seperation starting date, if husband applies on "Y" date.

Kindly Advice me sir,

Not willing to stay with u reporting to police constitute complaint against u for torture etc. This comp. may help her in getting separation.
