Can maintenance be awarded in both 24 hma and dv

I filed divorce petition against my wife in oct 11 thereafter she filed petition for maintenace under HMA sec 24 and Dv-2005 simultaneously. Wherein family court has awarded a maintennce amt of rs. 2500 on 25/7/2012 and maintenance of 2500/ and 4000/- as rent was awarded on 28/07/2012 in dv case. Presently she is claiming arrears in DV wherein her cross examination has completed and she has given many contradictory statements which themselves prove that she is lying. It is my apprehension that dv court will order for payment of arrears. can I approach high court for any relief. is there any chance of getting relief or not.
