Can i file rejoinder in criminal appeal

Dear Experts,

Myself, Appellant in a criminal appeal in Sessions Court in 138 NI case . Can honourable members guide me as to whether I can file replication/rejoinder to the reply of the Respondent in this case as I feel that reply has lots of misstatements and obfuscations that need to be countered. Is filing of rejoinder allowed in Criminal Appeals.

Regards,

have your rejoinder stated new facts that trial court did not hear ? if yes, file rejoinder. if no, you cannot file it. appeal is for new facts, not old one.
