Can i claim for regularisation in defense psu

i have served a defence psu for 11 yrs under direct contract of the principal employer.

first i have joined as technician (apr 2002 - june 2009) ,

to give a salary hike they selected me as a diploma engineer (june 2009- june 2013), they took resignation

letter while offering this post. initially they gave for ONE YEAR and extended the contract regularly every year ,

now after 4 yrs of working they terminated us now and have not given any intimation or

letter of terminating the contract, they have simply said ur not required any more. the work allotted is

perennieal in nature, the work we do is same as a regular worker had to do

so you were not regularly appointed empoyee. no recruitment procedure was followed?

i have done apprenticeship in that company.

from that trainees list i was called for interview. had written exam to be selected for interview,

they have taken our employment registration number also. i am sending a scanned file of appointment letter.
