I am planning to buy property next to lake in bangalore urban area. There is a proper 40 feet governement thar road between property and lake.
The property is currently agricultural land. Can i buy it?
In future can i go for conversion like BMRDA... in that case will i face any issue because the property is close to lake. Please help me out. I am more worried about buffer zone issues.
