had you ever filed any police complaint of her suicidal threats and her attempt to suicide ? had you ever bring her to the psychiatrist to know about her such behaviour why she is behaving like this , it is a curable disease if proper treatment given to the patient she will be alright , pl.do once it , if you have already given her the treatment and she is still behaving as before and now you don't want to live with her then file divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and desertion u/s 13(1)(i-a)(i-b) of HMA .

Huaband cannot prevent wife from entering house where he lives.

You have already filed RCR and yet do not want her entry.

Please come clear whether you really wanted RCR or filed this case just to harass woman

Sudhir Sir,

one can sit on a bomb and wait for it to explode.  Have you read the full question if not please do it. After RCR again suicide attempted, so husband cancel RCR and file divorce now if wife again try suicide to enter the home and succeeded who will take the liability ?

Husband cannot prevent wife from entering house where he lives.

It is you who filed RCR and she obeyed.  It does not appear to be of any material if she obeyed the summon or not She has honored what you prayed in court against her.  You wanted to live together and she came back.

You may file divorce now.  You have not reported suicide threat to police and you have also no psychiatric evidence

Sudhir Sir,

Wife left home again and after receiving Divorce summon if she return and try to attempt suicide then who will take liability. Husband have all psychiatric evidence, it is not possible always watch wife.

How our indian law resque innocent husband if after divorce summon wife return marital home and attempted suicide she is suicidal have attempted suicide 4 times total and threat suicide several time previously.
