Can domestic violence case be quashed ?

Dear Friends

I am in Mumbai, I want to know if Domestic Volience Case be Quashed , in Bombay High Court, Also whats the limitation for filing the Domestic Volience Case by wife

Can someone give me Judgements which will help me to file quashing application in Bombay High Court.

DV cases can not be quashed since every body is going for quash so on admission stage itself the cases are dismissed. It also creates bad impression on your case at lower court.

Fight properly at lower court and you can come out of it.
