Can dayghters calim there share in the property?

Dear Advisors, We are 2 brothers and 2 sisters. My father bought the house in my and my brothers name when we are minor. Now I am 32 years old and my brother is 30 years old. The property is self acquired property of my father. My questions are as follows: 1. Can my father transfer the property to my sisters? 2. Can my father sale the property to the third party? 3. Can my sisters claims there share in the said property? Please advise. Regards, Amjad

A self earned property can be transferred as per his wish, though it is in the name of minors as it is very difficult to establish source of income for minors at the time of purchase.
