few crimes was committed against me 1 year back now I wish to file criminal case under the following IPC Section- Section 380,406,120B,34.1,192,193,196,209,201,463,340 in The Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Can I file FIR or go for court case.
Please advice.

you can file FIR and wait for the investigation report if the police does not respond to your ocmplaint then file a case in the court
