Can Condition be put in Will to sell property to only family members? My father put condition in will that we cannot sell the property which is divided among us brothers and sisters (10 nos) equally to any outsider, but we have to sell it to each other in case we want to sell it? Property is self acquired by my father. Can anyone suggest any solution as we want to sell our respective shares to outsiders than to each other which wont be beneficial to anyone?

If all legal heirs are agree then you can sell this property to outsider.
you make a consent agreement for that and all legal heirs are sign in this agreement.
