I need to have an advice that can a civil suit aganist a person pending in a court of law regarding a service bond breakage make him ineligible for the goverment job interview or not ? or can he be barred from selection if this is case ?

Pendency of such suit is no bar to get appointment in Govt. job. Even if decision is made against such employee then also it is not a bar.

Civil suit can not put any bar only Criminal Case / FIR puts Bar.
