Can blanket order be passed at interim stage

I AM LOOKING FOR JUDGEMENTS / CITATIONS THAT COURTS SHOULD NOT PASS BLANKET ORDERS.

SPECIALLY AT INTERIM STAGE OF A CIVIL PROCEEDINGS.
