Can a registered partition deed be challenged

i  want  to  know if  a  registered  partition deed  can be challenged  after  3  years  by  legal  heirs  of  party  to  partition. can  a  legal  heir  of  party  to  partition  ask  for  repartition  after  3  years  and  after  khatas  have  been   changed  to  respective  names  to  parties  to  partition.  can  high court  quash  such  suits .and  under  what  sections.

No, it is not possible. The person who claims for re partition should have proper grounds to prove it. Otherwise he will fighting a losing battle.

 The registered partition deed can be challenge in the civil court, but there must be sufficient grounds for challenging the same.

There is no such section to qush civil proceedings by the High court... you have to face the civil suit / procedure.
