Can a PSU employee join a BoD of a private company without getting any salary from the company.
Also,
Can a PSU employee have an Equity stake in a start up? as PSU employee do invest money in stock market,
Please comment your opinion. Just received employment letter from one navratna company and dont want to dilute my stake in a start up.

state your problem. do not set question paper for departmental exxamination for promotion in the PSU.
