If "A" gives power of Attorney (GPA +SPA) of his freehold residence in Delhi to "B" and get the power of attorney (GPA +SPA) registered in U.P.
My queries are:-
1. Is this power of attorney valid (now a days after supreme court decision)
2. Can "B" sale property of "A" further and claim money in his name.
3. Can "A" get this power of attorney cancelled.

1) supreme court decision was mainly aimed at land mafia & lucrative land grabbers, etc. But if it is made in genuine case and within blood relations absolutely valid in the eye of law.
2)Provided complying the above answer.
