There is a terminated employee from a govt. deptt. who has asked around 250 RTIs in last 5 years after his termination from service. He keep asking new RTIs everyday asking copies of degrees/certificates, leaves availed, official tours performed by his former colleagues repeatedly every year and also goes to appeals upto CIC on such matters. Different benches of CIC in 11 decisions have remarked that his queries are motivated and his legitimate information need has been taken care off. But he is still continuing his onslaught.
My query is that whether there is any High Court or Supreme Court Judgement to debar or disenfranchise such person from his right to information? Please share with me.
