Can a lawyer put his address in the fir

A false case has been filed in jan 2017, u/s 376,506. the lawyer of the victim gave even a single detail like, his Address and his phone no and all his contact details. can a Lawyer can do this in a criminal case

Yes. The particulars of the informant are required to be mentioned while recording the FIR.  Advocate is not an exception to this rule.
