Can a employee of government take salary from private organization

i am working as staff nurse in central govt hopsital. can i teach student in private coaching .and take salary from that coaching

No. You are not permitted to do so. If caught, you will face severe departmental action. Better avoid it.

But if I paid income tax from that salary then it would be possible or not

If you are a central or state govt. employee, then you are not allowed to do such type of activities. Just by paying income tax on such income, your activity will not become permissible activity. If you continue your private activity, THEN YOU WILL SURELY LOOSE YOUR GOVERNMENT JOB.
