Call harassment

A guy from Mumbai is constantly calling me on my mobile where I used to live in. Now I am living in Gujrat and still, he calls on mobile no. I contacted police helpline in Mumbai he told I report in the local police station in Mumbai but due to a busy schedule, I couldn't go there. plz, suggest me how can I take a legal action against him.

1.You can block his number .
2. what is the intention of his call....does he blackmails u, threatening u or wht type of harassment ur facing from him....if so u can log a complaint against him .

Complaint can be filed on line or through regd post and send copy of complaint to Dist.Supdt of Police. Do not block the call immediately, and let police (cyber crime) record the facts from that telephone number to book him read handed and locating it through GPS. If there is a delay of more than one month in getting copy of FIR, make it as grievance to DIG of Police.
