Caging exotic birds in home as pet

Good Evening to All,

I am Govindaraj.R from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Actually I planned to start a Birds Farming with Quails, Parrots, Hens and Piegons. But Idont know the licensing procedure. If we take as pet in home, is it license compulsory.? If we trade these exotic birds, where can i get the license. Kinldy guide or give any suggestions for me. If your suggestion will be fine, I will make next. Otherwise I will drop these and search for another type of business.
