Dear Sir you have to go for sale deed. consult a senior lawyer to draft the sale deed in your favour. The sale deed shall contain the particulars of date of execution, the name & addresses of Vendors (including GPA Agent) & Vendees , (EC particulars for 30 years if necessary), all previous documents details, complete property details.
