Business correspondence code deactivated

Dear Sir, We are running bank of baroda BC point here in Palghar, our BC work is taking cash up to rs.10000 on behalf of customer. in November month when their was rush into bank. Manager ask our help to collect money from customer and enter into register. We done so and all amount were deposited into our BC account. due to this income tax department have given notice to bank. also they have conducted enquiry with us. Now Bank senior management have blocked my BC code saying we done wrong .. whether actually we do what branch manager said us to do. from last 6 month our outlet is closed ... and management not agree to restore our bc code. income tax team have enquired our account and all money which was deposited by bank all having banking slip and all customer amount were transfered. Income tax department have no issue with us.

Your code cannot activate with bank unless the I.T. department gives its verdict.

Dear Sir,

Income Tax team have come to us on 15 th Dec 2016 and they have  enquired all and IT team  have no issue with us as they told all amount was legitmate as it was not ours. and customers amount credited into their account. There were no customer complaints. They cross verify each slip against bank server whether any issue.they were found no issue as such.  How we can expect verdict ..What should we do get verdict.
