Builders who are covering the stilt floors exclusively meant for parking of Flat buyers, what action can be taken against such builders ? Can an action be initiated against the concerned Municipal officer who is authorizing such illegal construction and covering of parking space into shops and flats ?

Hi,

U check a plan pass copy of the building and if the construction is illegal so u can give a application at Concern Authority or file a suit against Builder/Member. Note :- First check as per PLAN PASS COPY this area is use for parking and if yes, then check for common parking of the building.
