Breach of trust case against wife

Dear Sirs,

I was sending money from overseas to NRO account which were converted into Fixed Deposits in wife's name in India. Howvere, my wife and i resided together oversees. NRO account was to avoid double taxation and taxes in interest earned by Fixed Deposits. Now due to major differences, between the couple (us) and our families, my wife is threatening that she would not return single rupee to me. Can my file a Breach of Trust, or Divorce on this grounds plus abusing husband and his family members.

How best to get my money back, please advice

Jo ek baar di, woh gaya paani mein.. Bas, now simply file divorce and contest it or pay some more money to her and take MCD divorce and be free.  No use wasting time running behing lawyer court, you will lose job, money, and perhaps life too. Think and make a move NOW..  Thats why I say, dont ever trust wife fully when it come to any matter, she is someone whom you have bourght thking that she will look after you, for her priority is her parents, her children, her sisters, her brothers, her mom her dad, etc and you are the last prioority for her.  Always hide some money for yourself in case of emergencey, warna bheek mangne tak baat aasakti he.

All the best.

She cannot use this as a ground for breach of trust or divorce.  Presume your name is also not there as joint owner or nominee.  At the most you can write to Bank, whether they accept it or not, is a different thing, that it was your money and she had no source of independent income.
