I join in company on 17th July18 at the time of interview present manager agreed salary of Rs.20p.m take home and in aug'18 i got salary as committed but Aug18 salary got on STD.17th sept18 as per 15k pm.basis i asked to HO finance-gururam she told she have no any communication about my salary, the short salary credit i inform to present manager who taken my interview but he was ignore to answer and told me he have discuss with MD sir, and the same day I personally meet to MD sir he also committed me he will clear my short salary issue but no any effect from the 19th Sept18 i am attend the office SIM also handover to office representative.
my question is how I get short salary difference and sept month 17 days salary.
you will have to serve legal notice today I'm asking them to clear your entire dues within 15 days of receipt of the legal notice if you have it in writing that the salary was Rs 20000 per month.
