Brahmadeya inam land

Dear Sir/Madam, A is land owner since 1939 and he was partitioned and subsequent transactions upto year 2017. Now B is entered into sale agreement, at the time of verifying the documents, RTC column no.6 showing the Patta as Brahmadeya Inam from the year 1969 to 1994-95 and also showing as Sarakari Patta from the year 1995-96 to 2017-18. The Kardha showing the said survey number was phoded and surveyed the land in the year 1939 shown the name of A. concerned Tahasildar issued a endorsement stating reason that due to dilapidated condition hence not given the said documents of Brahmadeya lnam Land. My question is that, 1. what is the legal status of A. 2. what is the legal status of B and other subsequent purchasers. 3. The said endorsement is sufficient? if any affect to title of the A and other subsequent purchasers?. 4. Can present purchaser can buy this land? please describe with citations in favour of A and subsequent purchasers.

Generically speaking; As per the mater posted the land is still sarkari/govt land.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt , before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

 

One that obtains proper written legal opinion saves oneself from adverse situation.

One should stay away from buying such lands.

Since LOCAL land records/rules/laws are involved It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt.

Such counsels have well entrenched local contacts and knowledge and can help with considered opinion and even precedence’s.
