Boss want to replace me because he want his team and also giving pressure to my juniors

Dear All, i am working in reputed pharma company from last 28 months and i am conformed employee. My new boss from last 5 months putting unethical pressure on me as he want to place his team, in continuation to that his superior giving me threat to resign but i denied as result today my reporting portal has been locked and i am unable to do further reports, i am also having Rs 60000 outstanding on company. I do not get any mail or document from company side. My boss removed me from all whatsapp group and also instructed my juniors not to work with me....what can i do...kindly suggest.
