May I suggest any interested lawyer member specializing in international criminal law/cyber crime to file a PIL against the promoters/organisers of the Blue Whale Challenge( cyber game) in the perspective of a crime against humanity or universal crime and seek compensation for the growing number of victims in India and worldwide?
