Hi,
I was born in nalasopara,vasai on 20-10-1991.I do not have my original birth certficate,in my xerox registration number is not present due to late registration.Muncipal office have marked late in registration number column.I do not have my original birth certificate.
How can I get my original birth certificate.? please advise me.

you have to file an original suit at the Munsif's court, against the Municipality praying for a direction to the municipality to register your birth and issue a certificate. For this lawyer's assistance will be required. The pleadings are to be drafted properly
