HI, My daughter was born on 28th Feb'14, but the hospital provided the birth certificate slip bearing DOB as 27th Feb'14 and on that basis the birth certificate was issued. My mistake is that i didnt noticed the date while collecting the slip from hospital and got the certificate issued from MCD.
Now can you guide me as to how this can be rectified. Please need some help...

D O B cannot be change once it was issued. Unless you show the correct evidence of birth, you cannot rectify it.
