Bill issuance

Housing Society/Associaton is delivering repair and maintenance sevices as per AGM as part of a separate project. They are demanding money per square foot basis from owners for the separate project (apart from regular maintenance bill) but they are not issung any bill for the same. They are proviing money recceipt after payment but not billing first.

Are owners legally obliged to pay (based on decision of AGM) without billing owners separately ?

Can owners legally demand separate bill for te project ?

When Annual General Body has adopted a resolution of the project, there is no further requirement of raising any bill.
