Am Prakash from Chennai, on 14th Feb. 2019 I paid RS. 1,15,000/- towards purchase of Yamaha FZS V3 to a dealet. I got a receipt for the payment. He promised me that the bike will be delivered by 17th Feb. but he didn't deliver it. Hence I asked for the payment where in which he gave a Cheque for the full amount. When I went to the bank, I found that the account has insufficient balance. I went to him again sat for a day in how showroom but no use. On 28th Feb. he deposited RS. 50,000 in my account and promised me that he will pay the remaining by 3rd March. But till date he haven't paid me my money and he is making me roam behind him. What should I do. please help.
