Best service lawyer in indore,mp

I have served LIC of India for 6 years as BM on contract basis.They have been deducting PF and Gratuity From Our Salary.We are 41 Senior Marketing Executives all over India.We have tried to contact one supreme court lawyer and paid him fifty percent of fees.But he has not done anything for us.Can you please guide best Service Lawyer in Indore,MP.I want to file my case individually.What are chances of regularisation of such services?

I have filed a case for absorbtion in LIC but request for stay has been rejected despite of stay given to my collegues in Chennai,Hyderabad and Bilaspur court.

Hyderbad court has recently given decision for extension of my collegue there.But i dont wish to get extension ,I have filed for absorbtion .

Can I withdraw my case with a request that if any collegue gets absorbed ,i should also be considered???
