I am willing to purchase a BDA proerty in JP nagar 9th phase , its a BDA exployees lay out , originally the land was alloted to Mrs.X ( BDA employee ) in 2007 , Mrs.X has a son and daughter , however , the latter passed away in 2010 and the land was passed by Mrs.X's son as relinquisher to the daughter who in turn sold the property later on to Mr.Y , Mr.Y later on sold it to Mr.Z , all this happened when the property is within the lease , Can I still buy the property as it not not completed 10 yrs under the alotees name and more over the alotee is deceased ?
