I am planning to buy the house situated in Shampura( ext of Kavalbyrasandra) Bangalore north I wanted to know if there is any plan from BDA to aquire this layout?
Second what all information do I need to have to be safe from buyer and from BDA?
Curretnly I have the following documents:
1- Sale deeds
2- EC of 20 years
3- Latest Khata Extract/certificat
4- TAx reciept
5- building plan
6Not sure how /were to check the BDA aquisition I heard from somone that BDA is doing aquisition phase by phase hence this could be a part of it but not sure.
Hence were can I go and findout if this area or proerty is in litigation?
