Dear all forum members,
Wish you all a very happy new year. I am a Law Graduate from Maharashtra (2007 BSL-LLB Batch). Now I am residing in New Delhi as my husbund is working with ministry of Petroleum and natural gas of India. With a pause of more than 2 years due to some personal reasons I wish to register to bar council of India in New Delhi. Could you please elaborrate the procedure for the same. Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Bar council does not require any percentage it only require your law degree certificate. So far chdndrika question is, there Forms are available with the Bar council and for which you have to pay an amount of fee which is different for general and SC/ST. If all lthe required certificate and fee are paid you will get your enrollment certifiate within two months. Now a days some of the state bar council are organising a written nominal test for the enrolment seeker candidates, kindly check it out from the bar council of the state for this.
