sir pl guide me some advocate of bank told me that the gift deed is not a good title deed and normally banks are aviod to disbrush loan on gift deed. since these are challangeable.if is it so,  pl give detail reply with case law.

Not at all a weak document - it is good title, it is sometimes challenged because there is no consideration, and when there is no consideration - a question arises why would a person give away valuables for free ? Was it on account of love and affection ? or Undue influence ?. But having said all this - though somewhat easier to challenge than an out and out sale - it is still not bad.
